Arugula with Orange and Kalamata Olives

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil, season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss the arugula, fennel, onion and olives in the dressing.
  3. Plate the salad, garnish with the orange pieces and goat cheese and serve.
